The bed is comprised of gravel and cobbles. <br />RSP is present at Abutment 2 with loose rock and pieces of broken concrete along abutment face. Concrete rip-rap is also located at <br />the left Abutment 1 wingwall and the right Abutment 2 wingwall. This condition is from the construction of the new barrier rails and no defect is warranted at this time. See Photo 6. <br />There is an area up to 4 feet long of light efflorescence at the top of the interior face of Girder 4 near the quarter point. (See Photo 1 <br />dated 06/13/2016). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are partial height vertical cracks up to 0.01 inches wide spaced 8 inches on center in the faces of the girders near midspan. <br />These cracks extend into the bottoms of the girders. (See Photos 4 and 5 dated 06/09/2022). This condition has been previously <br />reported and no significant changes were noted.
