The exposure did not affect the culvert. (See Photos 13 and 14 dated 03/19/2019).
This condition has been previously reported and was confirmed with probing.
There are horizontal cracks present at the end wingwalls near the culvert. The cracks are less than 0.03 inches wide and spaced as
close as 1 to 4 feet on center and exhibited minor efflorescence or staining. (See Photos 15 to 18 dated 03/19/2019). This condition
has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There are longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.01 inches wide with light efflorescence in the soffit of the top slab. This effects
approximately 5% of the soffit. (See Photos 20 and 21 dated 03/19/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no
significant changes were noted.
There is a depression over an area up to 15 feet long x 10 feet wide in the AC overlay in the southbound lane in Span 1. There are
longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.5 inches wide spaced up to 8 inches on center extending from the depression. See Photos
3 and 4.
There are longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.5 inches wide randomly spaced throughout the AC overlay. See Photo 4.
