Refer to Photo 3. <br />There is a 0.04 inch wide by 5 foot long longitudinal soffit crack with some light efflorescence in Span 6. The crack is near Column 2 <br />of Bent 6. <br />There is a 0.05 inch wide by 15 foot long longitudinal soffit crack running through Span 5 along the centerline with no efflorescence. <br />There are sealed longitudinal, transverse, and pattern cracks throughout the bridge. The sealed longitudinal cracks are up to 0.07 <br />inch wide and spaced as close as 15 inches apart. The sealed transverse and pattern cracks span the full deck width over the bents, <br />are up to 0.06 inch wide, and are spaced as close as 1 foot apart on center. Refer to Photo 1 and Photos 4 through 7. <br />The concrete deck was treated with methacrylate prior to the 2017 inspection. <br />(58) 7DECK RATING =
