A 4.30 inch crack in the web of the main girder of the left railroad car in Bay 2 at midspan. <br />3. A 2.4 inch crack in the web of the main girder of the right railroad car in Bay 3 at midspan. <br />4. A 3.5 inch crack in the web of the main girder of the right railroad car in Bay 4 at midspan. <br />The location and lengths of these cracks were verified during this inspection. <br />Refer to Photos 7 through 10. <br />The green paint on the outside faces of the exterior girders of the railroad cars is chalking and faded.
