No defect is warranted at this time. <br />There is light efflorescence emanating from the construction joints of the culvert walls and soffit. No defect is warranted at this time. <br />The deck exhibits longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.02 inches wide throughout the structure. The longitudinal cracks are full <br />length but non-continuous and spaced as close as 6 feet on center. There are also a few full width transverse cracks up to 0.02 <br />inches wide at random spacing. (See Photo 6). This condition accounts for approximately 50% of the culvert by length.
