(See Photos 7 and 8 dated 04/10/2024). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a spall up to 4 inches in diameter x 0.75 inches deep in the top of Cell 3 on the right side. There is a small spall up to 2 <br />inches in diameter x 0.5 inches deep in the top of Cell 3 near the fillet. (See Photo 9 dated 04/10/2024). This condition has been <br />previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a crack up to 0.125 inches wide on the left side of Abutment 1 at the interface of the wingwall that extends and turns <br />diagonal in the face of Abutment 1. (See Photo 10 dated 04/10/2024). This condition has been previously reported and no significant <br />changes were noted. <br />There is a crack that changes from vertical to horizontal to diagonal up to 0.125 inches wide x full height in the left wingwall at <br />Abutment 5. (See Photo 11 dated 04/10/2024). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The culvert was covered with a 3 inch layer of AC. <br />There are some longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.125 inches wide randomly located throughout the AC overlay. (See Photo <br />12 dated 04/10/2024). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
