These cracks are not considered significant but are noted for the initial condition. <br />Spalls with missing chunks of concrete up to 2 feet in width were missing from the edges of the cantilevered toe end of the slab which <br />experiences impact loads from the ferry when it docks at the ramp. <br />This does not warrant structural review since the ferry bridges over this submerged area of Span 2. <br />Exposed reinforcing bars were visible in the submerged area of Span 2. <br />This does not warrant structural review since the ferry bridges over the submerged area of Span 2. <br />Abrasion or wearing has exposed coarse aggregate but the aggregate remains secure in the concrete in Spans 1 and 2. <br />(58)5DECK RATING =
