There is approximately nine feet of exposed rebar above the patch/spall. There <br />are up to six inch diameter by three inches deep spalls with some exposed rusted rebar on Pier 3 Span 2 side and Pier 2 Span 1 <br />side. See BIR 04/25/2024 Photos 6 and 7. <br />There is abrasion with exposed loose coarse aggregate along the bottom half of the pier walls (see BIR 04/25/2024 Photo 8).
