A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />HISTORY <br />The original Cells 1 and 2 located on the south end were constructed in 1973. <br />The added Cells 3 and 4 located on the north end were constructed in 1989. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />The bridge identification was not visible. <br />SUBSTRUCTURE <br />There is approximately 2 to 3 cubic yards of debris build-up (tree and stump) on the left side (down stream) of Culvert Cell 1. See Photo <br />1. There was also mud and silt on the invert of Cell 1. <br />SAFE LOAD CAPACITY <br />The load rating for this structure is being reviewed by SM&I Ratings Branch under Work Request 13310. An updated Load Rating <br />Summary will be archived when this review is complete. The current rating has been temporarily assigned to this structure in accordance <br />with SM&I procedures. <br />WATERWAY <br />A request was submitted to Local Structure Hydraulics to determine the Scour Critical 113 Code. <br />INSPECTION COMMENTARY <br />- NOT APPLICABLE FOR THIS BRIDGE. <br />CONDITION INFORMATION <br />SPECIAL INSPECTION INFORMATION
