The beginning of the bridge is located on the south end of the <br />structure. <br />HISTORY <br />The land which carries the frontage road was relinquished from the State to San Joaquin County. This Bridge 29C0490 is owned by San <br />Joaquin County. The 99 E Frontage Road is on a skew and the culvert meets the NBI bridge length. <br />Bridge 29C0490 is located on the right side of a culvert owned by the State. Bridge 29C0490 is connected to and has been routinely <br />inspected by the Caltrans Culvert Program as an access point to the section of the culvert which carries State Route 99, not on a skew, <br />and under the NBI bridge length. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Photos taken during the bridge inspection are included with this bridge inspection report. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />The bridge identification was not visible. <br />SAFE LOAD CAPACITY <br />The load rating for this structure is being reviewed by SM&I Ratings Branch under Work Request 13315. An updated Load Rating <br />Summary will be archived when this review is complete. The current rating has been temporarily assigned to this structure in accordance <br />with SM&I procedures. <br />WATERWAY <br />There were no significant amounts of scour observed during the inspection. <br />A request was made to Local Structure Hydraulics to determine the Scour Critical 113 Code. <br />INSPECTION COMMENTARY <br />- NOT APPLICABLE FOR THIS BRIDGE. <br />CONDITION INFORMATION <br />SPECIAL INSPECTION INFORMATION
