High water marks were at half way points of the barrels, with distortions and failures located below the high water <br />marks, and with exposed backfill material. Concerns include integrity of the pipe sections which carry the shoulders, and saturations <br />and loss of the fill material located between and under the pipes. See Photos 7, 12, and 13. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
