One of the rebars is located near the drain pipe
on the left side of the bridge and the other rebar is located at the centerline. (See Photos 1 and 2 dated 06/03/2021). This condition
has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There randomly spaced hairline cracks with efflorescence and water staining in both barrels.
There is a vertical crack up to 0.03 inches wide x full-height in Abutment 1, approximately 35 feet from the right side.
There is a horizontal crack up to 0.08 inches wide x intermittent full width and up to 12 inches below the soffit in the face of Abutment
1. (See Photo 2 dated 07/07/2023). Approximately 10% of the crack is CS3 and is quantified for this defect. The remaining abutment
quantity is listed under the abrasion defect.
These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There is abrasion that exposes large aggregate throughout the abutment and pier wall faces. On the right side of the Pier 2 wall there
is missing and loose aggregates near bottom of the nose. (See Photo 3 dated 06/03/2021). There are also loose aggregates in the
area around the exposed rebar. This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
