This condition appears to have been <br />repaired when the new section of rail was placed. The patch was tested and is sound. (See Photos 4 and 5 dated 02/07/2023). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are transverse cracks up to 0.01 inches wide x full bay width in the soffit of Bay 1 in Spans 2 and 3. (See Photo 4 dated <br />02/18/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are transverse cracks up to 0.07 inches wide spaced 3 feet on center, visible through the deck wearing surface. (See Photo 6 <br />dated 02/07/2023). A work recommendation is submitted to remove the deck wearing asphalt surface and has been upgraded to <br />place polyester concrete overlay. This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The deck is abraded and large coarse aggregate is exposed on the visible southbound lane and on the visible northbound lane near <br />Abutment 1. (See Photo 6 dated 02/07/2023). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />Approximately 50% of the AC deck wearing surface has worn off from the concrete deck on the southbound lane through-out and <br />northbound lane in Span 1. (See Photo 7 dated 02/07/2023).
