Department of Transportation - Division of Maintenance <br />Structure Maintenance & Investigations <br />INSPECTION COMMENTARY <br />SCOPE AND ACCESS <br />A non -redundant steel tension member (NSTM) inspection was performed on on 04/30/2025 by Lkhagvasuren Batbaatar and Allan Lee <br />from the Office of Specialty Investigations. <br />The structure was accessed with the A62T UBIT operated by Stephen Teesdale. Lane closures and traffic control were provided by San <br />Joaquin County. <br />The investigation was conducted in accordance with the Fracture Critical Member Inspection Plan, dated 04/05/2007. <br />NON -REDUNDANT STEEL TENSION MEMBER INSPECTION <br />A hands-on visual inspection was performed on: (i) the steel girders in Span 1, (ii) the steel floor beams in Span 1 including the <br />connections to the girders.
