Palm Bluffs Ace, Suite 105 <br />Freson, CA 93711 <br />559-257-9245 <br />dwilliams@cvin.com <br />JUNE 20, 2025 <br />Re: Monument Preservation Survey per plan set titled: <br />SEGMENT 38 - FARMINGTON <br />To Whom it may concern: <br />I have performed the required monument preservation survey for the above referenced <br />project which is located on ALPINE COPPEROPOLIS & HEWIT Road in SAN JOAQUIN as <br />shown on the plan set. Below are completed tasks, as required per Section 8771(a-f) of the <br />Business and Professions code. <br />1. Research all recorded maps within the project limits. <br />2. Researched all known NGS survey control points. <br />3. Conducted field search for any monuments known or unknow within a radius of 15' in <br />areas of said plan set with surface ground disturbance. <br />Monuments were not found during our search within a radius of 20' +/- of areas noted as <br />3'X5'Bore pit as shown on said plans. I approve construction to commence upon final <br />permit approval by applicable agencies. Although a thorough field search was conducted, it <br />is still possible during construction to discover survey monuments. The contractor shall <br />notify Monument Surveying at 925-470-0101 upon the monument's discovery.
