Special Conditions for -3 <br />ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />24. Above ground vaults, panels and/or other similar facilities will be allowed within the right-of-way if <br />located as far to the outside edge as possible. Utility vaults shall be located a minimum of 4'-0" <br />from edge of pavement. <br />25. County roads shall be kept clean from mud and debris at all times along the access points and <br />work zone areas during entire project. All standard roadway striping and signage shall be clearly <br />visible, maintained and restored throughout the construction zone during and after the project. <br />26. The contractor shall not conduct construction operations in rain or heavy fog conditions. <br />
