No. 35-325 <br /> 12/08/2005 <br />TRIMMING AND REMOVAL OF TREES (Date Issued) <br />WITHIN COUNTY ROADWAY 01/08/2005 <br /> (Expiration Date) <br /> <br />To: Joe Schneitman <br />3 613 W Alpine Ave <br />Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> <br />Permittee is authorized to trim /remove (1) Elm tree within the <br />County right of way. Tree(s) to be trimmed is/are located on the (north,south, etc.) <br />side of the roadway adjacent to (address) approximately (distance) feet/miles from (road name) <br />crossroad. Tree trimming shall conform to accepted agricultural practices. All dead wood is to be removed. <br />No stub branches shall remain. Undercuts shall be used where necessary to eliminate splitting and tears. <br /> <br />All limbs, leaves, and debris will be removed from the County right of way prior to nightfall. The ultimate <br />disposal of the tree residue will be the permittee's responsibility. <br /> <br />The Permittee, by signing below, accepts all terms, conditions, and restrictions of this permit; and further agrees <br />to indemnify the County, its officers and its employees against all liabilities. <br /> <br />STUMP IS TO BE CUT AS CLOSE TO THE GROUND <br />AS POSSIBLE.
