Tree trimming shall conform to accepted agricultural practices. All dead wood is to be removed. <br />No stub branches shall remain. Undercuts shall be used where necessary to eliminate splitting and tears. <br /> <br />All limbs, leaves, and debris will be removed from the County right of way prior to nightfall.
