Your request is hereby approved subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Work within the channel of Weber Slough shall be allowed between November 15, 2002 <br /> and December 15, 2002, provided that weather and Weber Slough conditions are <br /> favorable. Furthermore, no work shall be allowed within the Weber Slough channel <br /> between December 15, 2002 and April 15, 2003. <br /> 2.
