SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR <br /> LODI INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIALS — P.A.C.E.R.S. <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. Traffic control shall be in accordance with the attached traffic control plan. <br /> 2. The traffic handling on Woodbridge Road and Van Exel Road shall be maintained by either <br /> Highway Patrol or the San Joaquin County Sheriff Department. Applicant shall provide the County <br /> written verification from either entity prior to the event, by letter or email, confirming their <br /> involvement. <br /> 3. Residents shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County, two weeks prior to the event. <br /> Provide a copy of the outreach documents to the County prior to the event. <br /> 4. Applicant shall notify and coordinate with all emergency services (fire, police, etc.) a minimum of <br /> seven days prior to the event. <br /> 5. There shall be no event parking within the designated wildlife parking areas at any time. <br /> 6. Post fliers regarding the event within the designated wildlife parking areas two weeks prior to the <br /> event. Remove all fliers from the designated wildlife parking areas after the event. <br /> 7. All tables, signs, etc. shall not be placed on private property nor within the travel lanes on public <br /> roads. <br /> 8. Event shall not be conducted during heavy fog conditions. <br /> 9. Parking on public roadways shall be limited to Van Exel Road. <br /> 10. Emergency vehicle and local resident access shall be provided at all times. <br /> 11. Insurance naming San Joaquin County as additional insured and certificate holder must be <br /> submitted to the County prior to the event. <br />
