I have been asked to send <br /> you this email confirming that it has granted permission to Hultgren-Tillis (and MBK Engineers as the District's <br /> Engineer)to perform eight (8) borings on that part of its land along side (and on top of) Empire Tract <br /> Road. The borings are necessary to a proposed levee improvement project.
