3. Maintenance Standard. The minimum improvement standard(s) shall be as <br /> otherwise set forth per the current San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. This Obligation runs with Land. This Obligation and the covenants created herein <br /> shall constitute covenants running with the Land (APN_ 017-090-58), as defined in California <br /> Civil Code Section 1462, so as to bind and benefit successors, heirs and assigns of the Obligor. <br /> 5. Notices.
