Special Conditions for -3- <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 26. No paving joints allowed within paved shoulder, contractor shall pave all the way to outer edge of <br /> paved shoulder. <br /> 27. Coordinate with Post Master prior to any relocation of mail boxes to ensure no interruption of <br /> mail. <br /> 28. All future maintenance of the overhead structure and related facilities, as shown on the 11TH <br /> STREET EAST TRACY OVERHEAD approved project plans, including but not limited to the <br /> retaining wall (including graffiti abatement), concrete barrier, metal railing, and raised median, <br /> within the County right-of-way shall be the responsibility of the City of Tracy. The City of Tracy <br /> shall enter into and provide San Joaquin County an official Maintenance Agreement stating as <br /> such. <br /> 29. All future maintenance of the overhead structure and related facilities within the County right-of- <br /> way will require a San Joaquin County Encroachment Permit. <br /> 30. The City of Tracy shall provide San Joaquin County a signed letter of authorization concurring <br /> with maintenance responsibility, as noted above, and guaranteeing an official Maintenance <br /> Agreement will be forthcoming prior to completion of construction. <br /> 31.
