PS-1403405 December 9,2014 <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL RAILWAY, CO. <br /> RAILROAD TRACK CROSSING REPAIR <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 1. Maintain traffic controls for all roads in accordance with the attached Traffic Control Plan. The <br /> road closures shall be maintained during non-working hours. All barricades and traffic control <br /> signs shall remain in place and be maintained during approved closure times. <br /> 2. Traffic Control Signs shall be removed or sacked when roadway is reopened on 12/19/2014 and <br /> completely removed from the right-of-way by 12/22/2014. <br /> 3. Access to all properties within the work areas shall be maintained at all times. <br /> 4. Residents and businesses shall be notified in writing, as approved by the County, 48 hours in <br /> advance of any impacts to their access. <br /> 5. Any areas where parking is to be restricted shall have signs noting the restrictions in place at <br /> least 48 hours in advance. <br /> 6. All pavement conforms shall be ground to provide a flush surface. Shoulder areas shall be <br /> brought up to the finish grade as directed by the County. <br /> 7. Contractor shall establish existing roadway and drainage grades within the construction area. <br /> Any repair to roadways and adjacent areas shall match existing grades. Any proposed grade <br /> changes shall receive prior approval from County. <br /> 8. Shoulder backing shall be backed with Class II Aggregate Base from edge of pavement a <br /> minimum of 4-inches thick by 4-feet wide. <br /> 9. County roads shall be kept clean from mud and debris at all times along the access points and <br /> work zone areas during entire project. All traffic signage and roadway markings within the <br /> construction zone shall be maintained in a clearly visible condition during construction activities. <br /> 10. The contractor shall not conduct construction operations in rain or heavy fog conditions. <br />
