Jetting or ponding will be permitted within the street right—of—way with <br /> a 3 year bond, when approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> 6. When shown by soil composition and compact ability, ninety percent (909) <br /> compaction may be used, when approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> 7.
