NOTES: <br /> 1. If the distance between cross—cuts are less then 150' the entire area between <br /> corss—cuts shall be planed and resurfaced with one (1) inch of Asphalt Concrete. <br /> 2. The resurfacing requirements shall be in addition to County Standard Drawing No. <br /> R-29. <br /> 3. Resurfacing for Bell Holes shall meet these requirements. If excavation occurs within <br /> the shoulder or lane, only that area shall be resufaced as shown. <br /> 4.
