5. Provisions shall be made for the passage of local traffic. <br /> 6. That should emergency conditions arise during the road closure period, tem or <br /> opening of the road shall be implemented immediately by APPLICANT. p ary <br /> 7. That APPLICANT shall furnish and maintain any and all traffic control device <br /> necessary to ensure the protection of the travelin s <br /> Federal, State, and Countyregulations, 9 Public in accordance with all <br /> ding ters, <br /> restrictions stated herein or ached hereto, and hat thodnditions, and/or <br /> vance closed, and detour signs may be made available by the County, and that warning,e°ad <br /> APPLICANT may contact the County Department of Public Works Traffic Division <br /> for the procedures on obtaining and installing said signs at least three days in <br /> advance of the signs being needed. Y <br /> 8. That APPLICANT will immediately make such repairs or perform any necess <br /> work as required to leave the specified portion of County Highway in as neatary <br /> clean, and usable condition as existed prior to encroachment. <br /> 9. That APPLICANT will assume full responsibility for all liability for persona <br /> damage to property, which may arise out of special road use described above, or <br /> which may arise out of failure to provide necessary safety described above or <br /> which may arise out of failure to provide necessary safety devices and personnel. <br /> 10. That in the event any claim of such liability is made against the Co <br /> San Joaquin or any Department, official, or employee thereof, APPLICANT shall <br /> defend, indemnify, and hold them and each of them harmless of such claim. <br /> 11. That APPLICANT agrees to furnish a certificate to County indicating t <br /> hat <br /> APPLICANT has, and is maintaining, liability insurance insuring against le <br /> liability for bodily injuries and death, and for damages to property in the am al <br /> $2,000,000. The above insurance shall be of the broad form crt ount of <br /> additional insured endorsement to APPLICANT'S liability insurance Policynaming <br /> County, overagetype. An <br /> its officers, and employees as additional insureds shall be furnished to <br /> County. Notwithstanding the above, APPLICANT'S liability insurance Policy <br /> be endorsed as primary insurance. The certificate or policy of insurance h shalt <br /> state that COUNTY will be notified at least thirtyshall <br /> the policy or any material change thereof. Adequate proof of insurance in <br /> (30) days before cancellation of <br /> compliance with the above e requirements, has been furnished to the Department <br /> P ent <br /> of Public Works_ <br />
