<br />of Section 3, all in Township 2 North, Range 8 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridien, lying southerly of the northerly line
<br />of Parcel A ,as shown on said Parcel Map was incorrectly drawn as a part of Parcel A. Said West 9.1 feet and said East 14
<br />feet are a single and separate parcel owned jointly by Garrett Becker and Renee M. Becker, and Silvio Fihppone and Maxine
<br />Filippone. The remainder of Parcel A and Parcel B as shown on said Parcel Map are owned solely by Garrett Becker and
<br />Renee M. Becker, his wife. The correct acreages for Parcel A and the resultant 23.1 foot wide parcel are 19.167 acres and
<br />1.010 acres, respectively.
<br />The present fee owners of the property affected by this correction are as follows:
