As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following changes on that certain parcel map
<br />filed for record on February 10, 1982, in Book 11 of Parcel Maps, at Pane 3, San Joaquin County
<br />Records:
<br />Remove the note stating "There shall be individual water systems if and when the parcels
<br />are under separate ownership".
<br />Replace said note with:
<br />If and when Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" are under separate ownership the following shall be
<br />required:
<br />1. An individual water system shall be provided for Parcel "B"; or
<br />2. A grant of easement to access the water system on Parcel "A" shall be provided.
<br />The fee owners of the real property, on the date of the filing of the original map, affected by this
<br />Correction are as follows:
<br />1. Ace Tomato Company, a California Corporation
<br />This Certificate of Correction was prepared by me or under my direction.
