Per Reference Q this point is where the extension of the centerline of of Paradise Cut intersected the levee. I have assumed that the centerline of the channel was 200 feet from that point and that the centerline of Paradise �+ , Cut ran through the centerline of the dam. A portion of Sections 9915 , GI 16, 2. This deed begins at the centerline of Paradise Cut and ends 46 feet T 2 S, R. 6 E, M.D. iB, & M , in south of a suction pipe. The centerline of Paradise Cut has moved RANCHO =, (see note 3). It was assumed that this deed had the same basis of R A N C H O E L P E S C A D E R O bearing as this survey. The point of beginning was moved northeasterly along the railroad right-of-way until the last leg was 46 feet , Co liforniouin Count southerly of the old suction pipe. This deed also contains an easement Son Joo p y on the levee. 3. The centerline of Paradise Cut as shown may haveMarch 1986 moved significantly South Se010: 1"f 200' of where it was when the referenced deeds were written. The County Public Works Department has an aerial photo from the early 1930's showing that the Sheet I of 3 location of the channel had changed by that time. 1 4. The survey by Ohm & Raab, in County Surveyor' s Files, shows that the old highway did bear N. 48° 00' E. the same as reference 1 . There may be some overlap between 128 O.R. 125, and references 1 & 3. , 5. Sheet 2 of this survey shows the approximate centerline of Paradise Cut as it now exists. The location of the centerline when the deeds BASIS OF BEARING were written is not retraceable. Sheet 3, except as noted in note 1 , i-gnores the present location of Paradise Cut as the Southerly line of The centerline of the Western Pacific Railroad Company track bears S. 350 53' W. this survey is defined by referenced deeds. per Book "A" of Deeds, Volume 549, Page 347, San Joaquin County Records. 6.
