LATITUDE:, 0.2 CENTIMETERS IN LONGITUDE AND 0.5 CENTIMETERS IN HEIGHT WITH A MAXIMUM <br /> OF 0.4 CENTIMETERS IN LATITUDE, 0.3 CENTIMETERS IN LONGITUDE AND 0.7 CENTIMETERS IN <br /> A MINIMALLY CONSTRAINED ADJUSTMENT #A11 (ALL VECTORS) OF THE GENERAL NETWORK HEIGHT. BASELINE (VECTOR) PRECISIONS AT THE 95% LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE (2 SIGMA) VARY RECORD OFFIXED POINT #26 AT THE ORIGINAL 1994 COSCN POSITION TO VALIDATE THE INTEGRITY OF FROM LESS THAN 0.5 PPM TO 5.1 PPM AND AVERAGE 1.3 PPM FOR 40 MEASURED SURVEY <br /> THE MEASUREMENTS. A MINIMALLY CONSTRAINED ADJUSTMENT #Al2 WAS PROCESSED CONNECTIONS VARYING BETWEEN 1237 AND 13,279 METERS AND AVERAGING 5940 METERS IN <br /> AFTER SETTING FREE VECTORS WITH UNACCEPTABLY LARGE RESIDUALS IDENTIFIED IN LENGTH.
