A.=-/ <br />As provided in Sections 66.169 through 66472, inclusive of the <br />Government Code or the State or California, this Certificate of <br />Correction is made to correct the locations of the proposed well <br />sites and tench field areas shown on Lots 23 and 24 of Tract No. <br />1271, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, 11STONERIDGE11„as shown oil <br />the map filed for record May, 11 1978 in Book 23 of flaps and Plats, <br />Nage 52, .San Joaquin County Records. <br />The new location of the well site on Lot 23 is hereby corrected <br />to a point 110 feet, south of Stoneridge Drive and 25 feet east of <br />the lot line between Lots 23 and 24. The new location of the well <br />site on Lot 2.4 is hereby corrected to a point 150 reet south of <br />Stoneridge Drive and 20 feet west of the lot line between Lots 23 <br />and 24. <br />The new leach field area of Lot 23 is hereby corrected and is <br />now described as follows: beginning at a point which is 50 feet <br />(measured at right angles) northwesterly of Business Loop 205 and <br />5 feet (measured at right angles) east of the west line of Lot 23; <br />running northeasterly parallel 'to said Business Loop 205, 184 feet; <br />thence northwesterly at right angles to said Business Loop 205, 50 <br />feet; thence southwesterly parallel to said Business Loop 205, 136 <br />feet to a point 5 feet (measured at right angles) east of the west <br />line of Lot 23; thence south parallel to said nest line of Lot 23, <br />69 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The new leach field area of Lot 21 is hereby corrected and is <br />now described as follows: beginning at a point which is 50 feet <br />(measured at right angles) northwesterly of Business Loop 205 and <br />40 .Peet (measured at right angles) west of the east line of Lot 24; <br />ruining north parallel to said east line of Lot 24, 123 feet; thence <br />west at right angles to said east line of Lot 2.1, 110 feet; thence <br />south parallel to said east line of Lot 24, 54 feet to a point 50 <br />feet (measured at right angles) northeasterly of the southwesterly <br />line of Lot 24; thence southeasterly parallel to said southwesterly <br />lot line, 126 feet to a point 50 .feet (measured at right angles) <br />northwesterly of Business Loop 205; thence northeasterly parallel <br />to said Business Loop 205, 32 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The present fee owners of the property are as follows: <br />Lot 23 Donald A.
