The new location of the ponding area shall remain at 20' minimum north of Frisbee Lane and 5' west of the east line of said Lot 9; however, the size of the ponding area shall be 115' in a NORTH -SOUTH DIRECTION and 38' in an EAST -WEST DIRECTION. The new location of the leach area shall be 115' south of the north lire of said Lot 9 and 5' west of the east line of said Lot 9. Also, the size of the new leach area shall be 200' in a NORTH -SOUTH DIRECTION and 40' in an EAST -WEST DIRECTION.
