Schramek 84!!69901 CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION Ali JOAOUIN COUNT Y 'RECORDER'S OFFICE JAMES M.JOHNS -ONE 1984 OCT I I RM T 48 RECORD DAT REOU� OF rEE Y� As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of California, this Certificate of Correction is made to correct a centerline dimension on Hillside Drive and dimensions and acreages on Lots 10 and 11 of BRANDT TRACT, UNIT NO. 2, filed in Volume 26 of Maps & Plats, page 51, San Joaquin County Records. The map is hereby corrected to show a course of North 120 22' East, 91.96 feet running Northerly from the Southeast corner of Lot 10 and an acreage of 10.091 acres, more or less for Let 10. The map is hereby corrected to show a course of North 120 22' East, 190.0 feet runninq Northerly from the Southwest corner of Lot 11 and an acreage of 10.286 acres, more or less for Lot 11. Monuments affected by the above changes have been moved to the correct positions. The map is hereby corrected to show a tangent center line course of North 120 22' East, 433.96 feet for Hillside Drive, parallel to the East line of Lot 9. The map is hereby corrected to show that the monument in the monument box on the centerline of Hillside Drive, opposite the Southwest corner of Lot 11, bears South 120 22' Nest, 4.0 feet from the end of curve, marked by R.R.Spike. The present fee owner of the properties affected by this correction is JOHN TERESI. Dated this 4th day of October, 1984. I, HENRY N.
