The map is hereby corrected as follows: The statement "Centerline 68.00 ft. P.U.E. & Access Easement" is corrected to be "Centerline 68.00 ft. P.U.E." The access easement passing through said Hammertown Business Park is correctly described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 1 of said Hammer - town Business Park, Tract No. 2292, which is at the southerly right- of-way line of Murray Drive; thence along the perimeter of the herein described access easement the following 17 courses: 1st. S2301811611E along the westerly line of said access ease- ment a distance of 80.77 feet to a angle point therein. 2nd. S28007111"E a distance of 32.22 feet. 3rd.
