P.U.E. & Access Easement" <br />is corrected to be "Centerline 68.00 ft. P.U.E." <br />The access easement passing through said Hammertown Business <br />Park is correctly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 1 of said Hammer - <br />town Business Park, Tract No. 2292, which is at the southerly right- <br />of-way line of Murray Drive; thence along the perimeter of the herein <br />described access easement the following 17 courses: <br />1st. S2301811611E along the westerly line of said access ease- <br />ment a distance of 80.77 feet to a angle point therein. <br />2nd. S28007111"E a distance of 32.22 feet. <br />3rd. S23018'16"E a distance of 1656.43 feet. <br />4th. S13016103"W a distance of 28.99 feet. <br />5th. Southeasterly along the arc of a non -tangent curve to <br />the left having a radius of 47.50 feet and a central angle <br />of 129°11'18" an arc distance of 107.10 feet (said arc being <br />subtended by a chord that bears S63013155"E). <br />6th.
