The bearing and distance of the line between Lots 439 and 440 is changed to S 170 09' 43" E 119.81'. The length of the southwesterly line of Lot 439 is changed to 50.00'. At the southwesterly comer of Lot 440 a course bearing S 72° 50' 17" E 0.58' is added. The area of Lot 439 is changed to 6,056 square feet. The area of Lot 440 is changed to 5,767 square feet. The line between Lots 445 and 446 is changed to N 860 1611711 W 112.49'. The 90.00' radius curve in the northwesterly line of Lot 445 is changed to: D = 9" 42'09", L = 15.24 and Chord = S 9° 15'59" W 15.22'. At the northwesteriy comer of Lot 446 thio course is added: R=90.00', D = 0° 41' 11", L = 1.08' and chord = S 4104' 19" 'W 1.08' The area of Lot 445 is changed to 5,559 square feet.
