FREEH :id <br />2001 MAR 22 All 10: 48 <br />SArI ion -3:;u, COU:.TY <br />When recorded, mail to: I <br />San Joaquin County <br />Department of Public Works <br />Surveyor Division <br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION <br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of <br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to correct that certain Final Map of Tract No. 2697, <br />Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, "BROOKSIDE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 27", filed for record <br />November 27, 2000, in Book 35 of Maps and Plats, at Page 72, San Joaquin County Records, as <br />indicated below. <br />The map is hereby corrected as follows: <br />The words "FOR BOAT DOCKS" are deleted from the note on Lot 3723 on Sheet 6. The note <br />now reads "40' WIDE PRIVATE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO PUBLIC TRUST, I.N. <br />90071581, I.N. 90071582." <br />2. The "Monuments Set" note indicating a %_' rebar to be set at rear lot corners does not apply to <br />Lots 3658 through 3672, Lots 3678 through 3681, Lots 3683 through 3689, Lots 3692 through <br />3695 and Lots 3698 through 3722 as these rear lot comers are under the waters of the lake on <br />Lot 3725 and adjoining lots. <br />3. A chiseled cross was set as a witness corner in the top of' the concrete bulkhead which <br />surrounds the lake on Lot 3725 and adjoining lots.
