<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map of
<br />"Tract No. 3522, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Oleander Estates, Unit No. 2", City of Manteca,
<br />California, filed for record the 21st day of November, 2013, in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, at page 2, San
<br />Joaquin County Records:
<br />1. Correct the rear monument corners to 3.00' witness corners, set on the common lot lines,
<br />between Lots 47 & 48 and 48 & 49 on sheet 4 of 5 sheets in lieu of the actual rear corners as
<br />shown.
<br />2. Correct the rear monument corners to 3.00' witness corners, set on the common lot lines,
<br />between Lots 56 & 57, 57 & 58, 58 & 67, 67 & 68, 68 & 77, 77 & 78, 78 & 87, 87 & 88, 88 & 89
<br />and 89 & 90 on sheet 5 of 5 sheets in lieu of the actual rear corners as shown.
<br />3. Correct the rear monument at the southwest corner of Lot 57 to a 3.00' by 3.00' witness
<br />corner on sheets 2 and 5 of 5 sheets in lieu of the actual rear corner as shown.
