<br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FOR CITY OF MANTECA FINAL MAP
<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map of
<br />"Tract No. 3686, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Dutra Estates Unit No. 5", City of Manteca,
<br />California, filed for record the 24th day of March, 2014, in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, at page 7, San
<br />Joaquin County Records:
<br />1. I, Douglas F. Banks, a duly Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of California, do hereby state
<br />that I had been authorized to set the survey monuments for Dutra Estates Unit No. 5, Tract
<br />No. 3686 filed for record in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, Page 7, San Joaquin County Records.
<br />The survey monuments were set and tagged by Douglas F. Banks (L.S. 8159) on February
<br />81h, 2016, in lieu of Ronald L. Cheek (R.C.E. 22918) as currently shown on said map.
<br />2. Correct the rear monument corners to 3.00' witness corners, set an the common lot lines,
<br />between Lots 354 thru 357, 363, and 381 thru 390 on sheets 3 and 4 of 4 sheets in lieu of the
<br />actual rear corners as shown.
<br />The fee owner(s) of the real property, on the date of the filing of the original map, affected by this
<br />correction is (are) as follows:
