Virgil Gianelli, who is the owner of <br /> certain real property located at the northwest corner of <br /> Pacific Avenue and Hammer Lane . <br /> The Pacific Gas and Electric Company is contracting <br /> with him for a certain easement over this property. The <br /> Gas Company has given us the following description of the <br /> area, over which they shall have an easement. This descrip- <br /> tion is as follows : <br /> A strip of land of the uniform width of 40 feet <br /> lying equally on each side of the line which begins <br /> at a point in .the southerly boundary line of said Lot <br /> 11 from which the easterly .terminus of the course in <br /> the southerly ,boundary line of said Lot 11, which <br /> course, according to said map, has a bearing of S . 89� <br /> 511 E.. . and a length of 297.1.3 feet, bears S . 8.9 o34t <br /> E. 75.3, feet -distant and runs thence N. 68° 56i E. <br /> - 115 feet, more or less-, to a point in the northeasterly <br /> boundary line of said Lot 11 . <br /> This strip of land is a portion of the following de- <br /> scribed property owned by Dr. Virgil Gianelli : <br /> Lot 11 of Block 12, as said Lot 1.1 and Block 12 <br /> are shown upon the map of Colonial Heights filed for <br /> record in the office of the County Recorder of said <br /> County of San Joaquin in ,Book of Maps and Plats , <br /> Volume 11 at page 124 . <br /> For your ready use we also enclose a map dated 8/24/60, <br /> prepared by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, numbered <br /> 211708, which shows the area to be covered by the easement. <br /> 171 <br />
