Seventh Street October 24, 1956 <br /> Los Angeles 17, California (Date) <br /> in compliance with your request of , 19 , and subject to <br /> all the terms, conditions and restrictions written below or printed as general or special <br /> provisions on any part of this form. <br /> Permission is Hereby Granted to make one road cut each across Patterson Pass, <br /> Corrall Hollow, Corrall Hollow Extension, Jefferson, Mac Arthur, Chrisman, <br /> and Bird Roads and lay 16" steel pipe from right of way line to right of way <br /> line as shown on Union Oil Company estimates/plans for each of the respective <br /> roads . The numbers of plans submitted are 373-240-4, 373-240-2, 37o-243-3, <br /> 369-245-3, 368-245-3, 368-247-2 and 368-248-2, respectively. <br /> Please read the reverse side of this sheet . <br /> It is recommended that all pipe within the County right of way be cased <br /> to a point of 14 feet from the centerline of the right of way. <br /> The County Highway Department shall be notified when work is to commence . <br /> Depth of pipe shall be such that there will be a minimum coverage of 30 <br /> inches at the bottom of the borrow at each side of the road . <br /> Backfill shall be placed and compacted in such a manner that the relative <br /> compaction throughout the entire fill within the County right of way will be <br /> not less than ninety percent (90%) as determined by the Impact or Field Method <br /> Compaction Test as specified in Section 6, Article (g) of the Standard Specifi- <br /> cations of the State of California, Department of Public Works, Division of <br /> Highways, dated January, 1949. <br /> All surfacing which is cut or damaged shall be replaced in as good or <br /> better condition than when the work permitted herein was started . Permittee <br /> shall, at his own cost and expense, maintain and/or repair the backfill and/or <br /> surfacing above mentioned for a period of 90 days after the completion of the <br /> work permitted herein.
