Encroachment Permit rr56-290 October 24, 1956 <br /> The re laced materials for patching shall be 2" of plant mix over <br /> a compacted �+" layer of 1" minus gravel conforming to the State of California <br /> Highway Specifications . <br /> All roads cut shall be open to traffic at all times . If open only <br /> to one lane, traffic shall be warned by signs . <br /> During construction operations, should conditions warrant it, as many <br /> as necessary capable flagmen shall be stationed on the highway in advance of <br /> the work to warn and direct traffic . <br /> The jobsite shall be kept in a safe condition at all times by the daily <br /> removal of any excess dirt or debris which might be a hazard to either pedes- <br /> trian or automobile traffic . Adequate lights, signs, and barricades shall be <br /> placed and maintained by the Permittee for the protection of the public, with <br /> particular attention and caution to be taken in this regard by the Permittee <br /> after dark. <br /> After the completion of the work permitted herein, all debris, lumber, <br /> barricades, or any excess material shall be removed and the jobsite left in <br /> a neat and workmanlike manner. <br /> Bond for this permit shall be waived as per agreement . <br /> OFFICE OF THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> L.
