Permit No. 02-09 <br /> April 5, 2002 <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water District (District) <br /> shall not be responsible for the maintenance of the facilities specified in <br /> this Permit. <br /> 2. The Permittee shall be responsible for any and all damages to the old <br /> alignment of Potter Creek Channel "A" resulting from this project. <br /> 3. .The applicant shall be responsible for the modification or possible removal <br /> of the facilities as requested by the District, if required, for any future flood <br /> control plans at the applicant's sole cost and expense. <br /> 4. The dam shall not reduce the capacity of the existing old alignment of <br /> Potter Creek Channel "A." <br /> 5. The Permittee shall add more rocks as needed to prevent channel erosions <br /> in the future. <br /> 6. All flash boards must be removed annually from the dam by November 1, <br /> and shall not be replaced before April 15. <br /> 7. No work shall be allowed within the creek banks and channel between <br /> November 1, and April 15. <br /> FC-2D026-T6 <br />
