PERMIT NO. 02-11 <br /> April 19, 2002 <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water District (District) shall <br /> not be responsible for the maintenance of the facilities specified in this <br /> Permit. <br /> 2. The Permittee shall be responsible for any and all damages to <br /> Mosher Creek from this project. <br /> 3. The Permittee shall be responsible for the modification or possible <br /> removal of the facilities as requested by the District, if required for any <br /> future flood control plans at the applicants sole cost and expense. <br /> 4. The project shall be constructed in accordance with the description in <br /> the Application dated April 12, 2002. <br /> 5. Mosher Creek and banks shall be restored to the condition that existed <br /> prior to commencement of work <br /> 6. Backfill material within Mosher Creek banks and channel shall be placed <br /> in four to six inch layers, and compacted to a relative compaction of not <br /> less than 90 percent. <br /> 7. No work shall be allowed within Mosher Creek banks and channel <br /> between November 1 and April 15. <br /> 8. The Permittee shall keep the inlet pipe and check dam free and clear of all <br /> obstacles which prevent or retard the flow of water. <br /> 9. Riprap will be placed at the drainage exit in Mosher Creek for erosion <br /> control. <br /> 10. The check dam shall not be operating between November 1 and April 15. <br /> 11. The existing dam height shall not be increased by the construction <br /> allowed by this permit. <br /> FC-2D106-L3 <br />
