Your <br /> request is hereby approved providing you accomplish the work required under the General Conditions <br /> and the following Special Conditions: <br /> 1. No work shall be allowed within the channel of Weber Slough (Slough) after November 15, 2002. <br /> 2. The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) shall not be <br /> responsible for the maintenance of the facilities specified in this Permit. <br /> 3. The Permittee shall be responsible for any and all damages to the Slough resulting from this <br /> project. <br /> 4. The applicant shall be responsible for the modification or possible removal of the facilities as <br /> requested by the District, if required for any future flood control plans at the applicant's sole cost <br /> and expense. <br /> 5. The District shall not be responsible for damage to any of the facilities due to the District's <br /> operations and maintenance of the Slough. <br /> 6. Adequate rock slope protection shall be placed at the outlet of the pipe culverts. <br /> 7. The project shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted with the application <br /> dated January 11, 2002. Any modification shall be submitted to and approved by the District. <br /> 8. The Slough shall be monitored for water flow daily including weekends, and in the event of water <br /> flow presence in the Slough, the dam shall be removed in order not to impede the flow of water. <br /> 9.
