<br /> of repair borne by the Permittee

<br /> occur,through any act or omission of the Permittee while pursuing the functions of this permit In tie event any claim is madeagainst the County of San
<br /> Joaquin or any department,official or employee thereof,through,by reason of,or in connection'with.any such act or omission,the Pem idw shall defend
