PERMIT No. 05-04 <br /> March 8, 2005 <br /> SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water District (District) shall not be <br /> responsible for the maintenance of the facilities specified in this Permit. <br /> 2. The Permittee shall be responsible for the modification or possible removal of the <br /> facilities as requested by the District, if required, for any future flood control plans <br /> at the applicant's sole cost and expense. <br /> 3. The Permittee shall be responsible for any damage to the unnamed drainage ditch that <br /> may occur as a result of this project. <br /> 4. No work shall be allowed in the unnamed drainage ditch between November 1st and <br /> April 15th. <br /> 5.
