PRRMP�'SUBJECT TO INSPBC'MN-The permit must be carried with the conveyance at all times while it is being moved within County rigb <br /> way limits. It shall be submitted on demand of any authorized representative of the Public Works Department or of any law enforcement office' <br /> B. • REVOCATION.This permit is revocable at any time upon written notice to the mailing address of the Permittee. <br /> ��suar�cernrry ANS CONVEN1ENiCE. It will be the responsibility of the Permittee to check the route of travel for road closure,for <br /> road and bridge posting,and for disadvantageous and injurious obstruction and features before sending the conveyance over any route. <br /> A. Conveyances with steel tires and tracks with cleats and other detrimental unevenness of road bearing surface shall <br /> bddriven over County roads without fust providing a protective ped,planks or heavy betting,under the tracks to.proteet the pavement unless <br /> specifically so stated on the.face hereof: <br /> B. IMM MMEM No trimming or damage to trees will be permitted in the course of moving a conveyance unless specifically so stated-on <br /> face hereof.If permitted,the route must be cleared by an authorized tree surgeon.(Tree surgeon's license number and statement of-responsibil <br /> must accompany application for a Moe,trimming.permit.) <br /> V. gMAlR OF DAMAGE. In accepting this permit,the Permittee'agrees to repair at his own expense,and total satisfaction of the County Public Works <br /> Deparoneft,-any damage to the highway or structures.At the option of the Department of Public Works,repair work may be done by the Department,th, <br /> of repair borne by the Permittee. <br /> VI. I JARn.t•rv_ The Permittee,by acceptance of this permit,shall assume full responsibility for all liability for personal injury and property damage whicb <br /> occmrtnrough any act or omission of the Permittee while pursuing the functions of this permit.In the event any claim is made against tie County of San <br /> Joaquin or any department,official or employee thereof,t4rougb.by reason of,or in connection with any such act or omission,the Permittee shall defer+ <br /> indemnify and hold them and each of them harmless of such claim. <br /> VII. CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE. This permit shall not be effective fur any purpose unless and until the Permittee files with the San Joaquin CounC <br /> Department of Public Works evidence of public liability and property damage(certification of insurance)in the form and amount by said department. <br /> VIII. TIME AND TRIP LkM1TS: Unless specifically so stated on the face hereof this permit is good for only one trip during the movement period between th <br /> points designated. _ ' <br />
