OWNER represents and warrants that he is the fee title OWNER <br /> 4 of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto <br /> 5 and incorporated herein. <br /> 6 2. OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest tree and <br /> 7 clear of all taxes , liens, encumbrances and assessments <br /> 8 within ninety (90 ) days after written request for the same <br /> 9 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which <br /> 10 is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to <br /> 11 be used as a public roadway. <br /> 12 3 .
