1 conditions of approval which require an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 25-foot-wide strip <br /> 2 on Chapawee Lane and Atepa Lane. <br /> 3 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of Site Approval <br /> 4 Application No. PA-05-800, itis agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: <br /> 5 1. OWNER represents and warrants that it is the fee title OWNER of the land <br /> 6 described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 7 2. OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and clear of all taxes, <br /> 8 liens, encumbrances and assessments within ninety (90) days after written request <br /> 9 for the same is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B", which is <br /> 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as public <br /> 11 roadways. <br /> 12 3.
